Q. What are your store hours.

A. You can place an order on our web site 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Our office hours are between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern time; Monday through Friday.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can either place an order on the web site or by telephone. We ship within the United State but will ship to Canada. For all international order please contact us by email or telephone. Some items can not be shipped to item Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Q. What type of payments do we accept?

A. We accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal payments. When sending an order by mail, provide name, address, item numbers, telephone and email. Please add shipping if order is under $50.00, all orders over $50.00 is free shipping. Orders in West Virginia add 6% sales tax. For all returned checks there will be a $35.00 return fee.

PayPal is a simple, easy and secure method of paying online. PayPal accepts the following credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. It also accepts payments using PayPal Balances and Bank transfers. It does not require membership or registration for you to use the system. Heavenly Divine Custom Rosaries & Gifts will not see or retain any of your financial information.

Q. Do you collect Sales Tax?

A. Heavenly Divine Religious Gifts is a registered business in the state of West Virginia. West Virginia residents will be charges 6% sales tax.

Q. What is your Free Shipping Policy?

A. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 within 48 Continental U.S. Free shipping is for standard shipping. There is an extra $20.00 shipping charge on oversize items. Free Shipping is an automatic coupon. Limit one coupon per order. If using a discounted coupon code free shipping will not apply and the discounted coupon code will override the automatic free shipping coupon.

Q. What is your Returns Policy?

A. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. There will be a 10% Restock Fee on all returned items and shipping will not be refunded. All items must be returned in new condition with all papers, boxes, cases, or whatever it came with. Please contact me by email or telephone for any defected or broken items. We do not accept returns on custom orders or 14kt gold items. Please notify me first by email: heavenlydivinerosaries@yahoo.com for a return number.

Q. What is your engraved item return policy?

A. If your item(s) is engraved and/or personalized, the order is considered a final sale. So Please double check your inscription to be engraved before you place the order. All orders that require engraving usually take 1-5 days to ship after the order is received.

Q. How is my order shipped?

A. Please allow two to four business days to process your order. All order will be shipped either UPS or USPS. We ship Monday through Friday only. Some items on our web site may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. In this case, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Q. What is your Privacy Policy?

A. We value your right to privacy. We do not disclose, sell or trade your personal information with any third parties. We retain our valued customer emails for special sale offers and update from Heavenly Divine Custom Rosaries & Gifts. If you choose not to be on are mailing list please contact us by email and we will remove your email.

Q. What are your terms and conditions policy for products description?

A. We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate information. Product descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing, or offers is subject to correction. Pictures are used for representation only and are fairly accurate. In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
